Emplea una estructura compuesta de cobre y aluminio (con una proporción de volumen de capa de cobre del 20% al 30%) para construir un enlace de CC de baja inductancia dentro del controlador del motor. Combina una alta capacidad de transporte de corriente con excelentes características de blindaje electromagnético. Al utilizar tecnología de barra colectora compuesta multicapa para integrar múltiples circuitos, reduce la inductancia parásita a ≤10 nH, cumpliendo con los requisitos de las aplicaciones de alta frecuencia de SiC/GaN. Es un componente clave para mejorar la densidad de potencia y la eficiencia de conmutación de la unidad de control electrónico.
